Fishbreath Jacques is the pirate Captain of the Freyalise and her crew. He is a cream Cybill who has a minion Polly.
During the Omen Islands Plot, Jacques took Amy, Emma and Charity aboard his ship in order to keep the Islanders from sacrificing them. Since he felt so bad at the sad turn of events, he led people into Port Plunder to relax with his pirate friends.
